The Latest Goods And Services Amendments Do Not Take Away Rights Of States

Goods and services council has made the laws and the same were notified by the government of India last week. The laws do not hinder the right of states of union to ban online gaming casinos and betting. But since these activities are now taxed, it is an indirect declaration that anyone can place the betting with say sky exchange in playas long as she is paying the taxes.
